Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gabble student portal (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Access to the Platform is granted to you by the educational institution or coaching centre ("Institution") that enrolled you.
2. About the Platform
Gabble is an AI-powered language assessment tool that helps students practise and improve their performance in language proficiency exams including IELTS and TOEFL. The Platform evaluates your writing and speaking submissions and provides AI-generated feedback.
3. Your Account
- Your account is created and managed by your Institution.
- You must not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Contact your Institution if you need to update your details or report a problem with your account.
4. Credits and Access
- Your access duration and number of available credits are set by your Institution.
- Credits are consumed when you submit a task for AI evaluation.
- Once credits are used, they cannot be reversed or refunded to you directly — contact your Institution for top-ups.
- Your access to the Platform ends on the expiry date set by your Institution.
5. AI Evaluation and No Score Guarantee
- Feedback and scores generated by the Platform are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended for practice purposes only.
- AI-generated evaluations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from official exam scores.
- Gabble does not guarantee any improvement in your exam score or any specific outcome in IELTS, TOEFL, or any other examination.
- You and your Institution are responsible for interpreting and acting on feedback from the Platform.
6. Audio Recording Consent
Certain tasks on the Platform require you to record your voice. By submitting an audio recording, you:
- Consent to the recording, processing, and analysis of your audio by Gabble and its AI service providers.
- Acknowledge that audio may be used in anonymised form to improve AI evaluation models.
- Understand that audio recordings are processed securely and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Content and Material Disclaimer
The material available on this Platform has been collected only to assist aspirants in their preparation. Gabble Tech Pvt Ltd does not guarantee a score solely on the basis of this Platform.
This material has been collected from various sources which were openly available on several information media. Gabble Tech Pvt Ltd neither claims ownership nor accepts any liability for the content of this site, nor for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided. Any views or opinions presented on this site are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the company.
You are expressly required not to make defamatory statements and not to infringe or authorise any infringement of copyright or any other legal right by using content on this Platform. The company will not accept any liability in respect of such conduct, and you will be personally liable for any damages or other liability arising.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform.
- Share, resell, or redistribute Platform content or AI-generated feedback.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform.
Violation of these rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated by your Institution or by Gabble.
9. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content you submit (essays, audio recordings).
- By submitting content, you grant Gabble a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing AI evaluation and improving the Platform.
- All other Platform content, design, and software is owned by Gabble Tech Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gabble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated feedback, exam results, or loss of access due to technical issues. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Maharashtra.
